Andres was a great guide and accompanied by Andres, our great driver! The tour is mostly in sabaneta where we tried chocolo arepas, buñuelos, empanadas, tripe, and chorizo! We had a fun stop at a Fonda for aguardiente shots and finished the sabaneta square off with delicious fresh juices. We were pretty full and then realized we were heading to a farm for a fresh cooked dinner. Plantains with guava and cheese (think plantain brie bomb), picaya (mix of meats, arepa, yucca), and some coffee tea to finish the meal! Lastly, Andres has an amazing camera for pics!
