The bio-security protocols issued by the Colombian government are strictly observed in our tours to make sure that all participants stay healthy and enjoy a safe experience. Here are the measures we are taking based on the protocol:

  1. All our partners like restaurants, coffee and cacao farms and facility operators in places like the Guatapé rock and others are required to follow these guidelines.
  2. All our tours are private. We do not mix groups in the same vehicle.
  3. Along with the email confirmation you receive after booking a tour with us, we will share with you some recommendations to take into consideration before starting the tour.
  4. Vehicles are thoroughly disinfected with alcohol before every tour.
  5. There will be no physical contact with tour guides, farmers, or any other person in the tour.
  6. It is always mandatory to use face masks during the tour.
